Ship's Bell collects no personal data. It runs entirely on your own devices, with no server and no account.
What we collect
Nothing. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
How your devices sync
The iPhone is the hub. Your settings mirror to Apple Watch over WatchConnectivity and to Apple Vision Pro over Apple's iCloud key-value store.
This synchronisation happens between your own devices through Apple's frameworks. There is no Gledly server involved, we never see your settings, and nothing about how you use the app leaves your devices.
Notifications
The bell and its signals are delivered as local notifications scheduled on your own device. They are not push notifications and involve no server.
Third-party services
The app uses no third-party services that collect data, and contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. Anything handled by the App Store is handled by Apple; we never receive your payment details.
Children
Ship's Bell collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date above.
